HGHOM wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may return merchandise purchased at HGHOM if it meets the criteria below.
30-Day Return Period
Within 30 days from the date the merchandise was received, refunds are available. All merchandise must be in new, unused condition with all the original packing.（*PLEASE NOTE ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 5% RESTOCKING FEE*）
If the item is eligible for a return, please contact us at email@example.com. We will provide a return address to ship back the merchandise. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The initial shipping charge is non-refundable.
You can ship the merchandise directly to HGHOM via UPS, FedEx, or any company that can provide a return tracking number. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise, we will issue the refund within 4-5 business days. We will credit refunds to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect all merchandise before shipment. We encourage you to check all merchandise for possible damages upon receipt. If the damage was occurred in transit, or if you discover any defects of merchandise, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
After confirming the situation, we will resend or refund according to your requirement.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. If you decide to cancel your order after shipment, our standard return policy will apply. Please contact us at email@example.com for assistance in returning the merchandise.
