30-Day Return Period

Within 30 days from the date the merchandise was received, Refunds are available. All returned merchandise must be in new, unused condition with all the original packing.(*PLEASE NOTE ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 5% REFUND FEE OF BANK*)

If you request a return due to product quality issues, you can enjoy a free shipping return

  • The goods were broken in transit(Do not dispose of the product directly, Please contact our customer service team with photos of the damage and a description of the information. Our customer service team will review the damaged item and provide the best possible solution to resolve your problem.)
  • Wrong delivery of goods
  • The item itself has "damage, incomplete, cracked, defective" quality problems
  1. Some situations that you need to bear the return shipping cost:

Most returns of personal reasons, you need to bear the return shipping cost, and an additional 5% handling fee (charged by the bank) .

Including but not limited to the following situations:

  • Repeat purchase, wrong purchase, or no longer need after purchase
  • The product size, color, etc. are not suitable (the product images and information on the website are for reference only, please refer to the actual product. Due to the shooting lights and the color difference of different displays, there may be a certain color difference between the product image and the actual product, which is not a quality problem)
  • The package could not be delivered in time due to external factors such as logistics
  • The parcel is delivered and no one signs for it; or the parcel is left at the logistics point and no one picks it up
  • "I don't like this product, I bought it wrong, I don't want it anymore, I think the product is not up to expectations", etc. Due to personal preference, I found that the product does not meet the demand after purchase


We are fully committed to providing the best products for each customer, but because the production process of the products will inevitably exist some production traces, the following conditions are normal:

  • The slight seams of glass products;
  • Some slight overlap of patterns on ceramic products.
  • Some minor small lines on metal products.
  • Some minor unevenness of color application on resin products.
