Before first use, wash your cutlery in hot water and mild detergent then rinse with warm water and dry carefully before putting away. After each use, wash cutlery using the method above and try not to leave your cutlery for too long before washing. The longer you leave your cutlery with food on it, the harder it becomes to clean. Salt and acid in your food can also cause damage to stainless steel.
Straight after washing your cutlery, dry it with a soft lint-free cloth. Never leave to dry naturally as water and detergent can leave marks on your cutlery. Minimize contact with strong acid and alkali chemicals.
